Dear Friends,

Many of us find ourselves in a state of limbo these days as we wait and watch to see how the economy turns. For the next few months we will be taking a break from the Cooking Classes here at Mimi’s place. We are very aware that there is a lot of uncertainty but, more importantly, we also realize the value of standing with our good friends. As we pull together we will come through this and find that we have grown deeper and richer. (Think of Mimi’s “Rich Chicken Stock”.)

Hopefully we will feel settled enough by summer to resume these wonderful classes that feed us all on so many levels.

Until then, if you have gift certificates and/or want to put together a private group of 10 – 12 people ($1000 minimum or $100/person) we will gladly arrange a special class for you.

Don’t be shy about coming out to visit. You are all good friends and we will certainly miss you during this (hopefully) short hiatus.
